What I do.
I provide physical therapy, health education, and guidance without borders, and with a focus on inclusivity and access to ensure my patients and clients a safe and achievable return to activity, sport, and function.
We’re all busy. Sometimes finding time to get to a clinic is the hardest part of an injury.
I get it, it’s hard to find enough time in the day. A PT session may last anywhere from 60-120 minutes and sometimes this time requirement prevents patients from seeking care, completing their plan of care, or receiving the quality of care they need. This service eliminates these barriers to care. As humans, we want a quick fix (or, let’s be honest, a cheap fix). With remote physical therapy, I can provide you with whatever you require to improve, in whatever form is easiest for you. I offer video calls or phone consultations.I I can provide updated home exercise programs dependent on your progress, symptoms and goals. The best part is that I can provide this to you from the convenience of your own home or office. Of course it’s ideal to be with you in person, but it’s more important to start taking steps toward getting you back to 100%.

Education
Education is a HUGE part of physical therapy and health care. I cannot provide excellent care to a patient if they are not educated on rationale, basis and the overall point of the treatment. A patient will be unable to make decisions about their own care, life and continued treatment without understanding the purpose. Too often I see patients who do not understand why their MD has referred them to physical therapy or what physical therapy can even do to help them. I have even treated patients post-surgically who have no idea what surgery they just had done. My goal is to create patients who can advocate for themselves, make good health care decisions and who eventually will not need me! I would love to hang out with you forever but would love even more for you to gain such great understanding of your own body and its processes that you can fix yourself. That, to me, is a successful outcome. Telehealth offers a great opportunity to create independent-minded patients and patients who reach out to professionals for help and guidance as opposed to reaching out to be passively “fixed.” Let me help you help yourself!
