Training is personal. While everyone lining up at a marathon start line has trained for months (I hope), none of their training looked exactly the same. And it shouldn’t. Some runners thrive on high mileage while others need low volume to stay healthy. We all have unique schedules and different strengths and weaknesses. All the plans available below are custom training plans for races or adventures that are personalized to you. With optional add-ons for injury/rehab consults or one-on-one phone coaching calls, we can design a plan that works for you. From the local turkey trot to running across the Grand Canyon to finishing the Leadville 100, we can create a plan to get you there.
